The annex consists of two identical, self contained studios which benefit from private verandas at the back of the property. On the lower level of each studio there is a wide entranced bathroom suitable for elderly clients or clients with special needs, a small kitchenette and living room with double sofa bed, dining table, chairs and TV/DVD. There is a mezzanine, balcony floor level accessed by stairs with a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The studios can only be rented together with the house.

rented in any one of the following combinations: The indoor heated 9x4m pool connects via the studios and the main house. It is housed in a separate building with shower and toilet facilities. The pool (Depths 1-1.6m) is equipped will a pool lift for clients with special needs and there is an additional shallow 2x4m pool area for children (Depths 0.60m). The big outside area of the plot of 2000qm offers a fruit- and vegetable garden for the use of clients in the property. Sun terraces are equipped with reclining sun chairs, patio furniture and sun loungers. |
